Meet our multi-skilled team
Megan is the founder of Mind Over Matter Fitness and Nutrition. She is nutritionist and personal trainer. She graduated in 2006, from Oxford Brookes University with a 1st class honours in Food Science and Nutrition. She has always had a passion for nutrition, but initial more as a chef, working in a small restaurant for 4 years. She graduated and worked for 6 years in the research field, specialising in Glycaemic Index, Insulinemic Index and Weight Loss studies. Her experiences in research enables her to provide her clients with up-to-date and reliable scientific advice.
We are combining our expertise to help you lose body fat, become fitter and healthier for life. We will help you gain a better understanding of your eating habits, spend time with you finding ways to change these and implement healthier choices, as well as monitoring these changes. Alongside this we are offering body contouring treatments and personal or group training sessions to make further physical changes.
