How many treatments are required?

A single session is an ideal ‘pick me up’ however, a course of treatment is recommended for longer term results. As LED Light Therapy will not damage the skin there is no limit to the amount of treatments that can be taken and is an ideal all year round treatment.
How safe is the treatment?
